Autumn A New Season Embrace It!

As I sent my little guy off today to school I kissed him and waved goodbye. His season of going to school has begun.  Wow! Time has gone by so fast. I am amazed and looking  forward to see what God may have planned for me ahead. I am seeking the Kingdom. Matthew 6-33 says’’ But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

I am thinking about how much I love fall. I look everywhere leaves changing colors on all the trees. Such a beautiful season taking place right now, and not just in the Natural Autumn Season and month we are in. A season of change has begun in my life today and I reflect and think about my own journey. I am learning is that I must take an assessment of my life, an inventory. This is a good time a good season to look deep within.

As we anticipate entering into a New Year in couple of months, reflect and ask God to examine our hearts and chip away all that is not good to our soul, our life.

2 Corinthians 13:5 New International Version (NIV)Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?

I look around and see leaves changing colors and falling off the trees. Soon trees will be leafless and plants are dying around. Things in our lives are dying also. There is a season for everything.

There is a time for everything, Ecclesiastes 3-1
and a season for every activity under the heavens:

Embrace the season in your life embrace the people who you have time to be in contact with along your journey, appreciate the fellowship and time you had with them.
I learned it’s all about Love and family, and friendship. We are in this world together. Embrace life and enjoy each other season God brings you into and out off with Joy!

See Lamentations 3-22-23:
‘Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,
    for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness.’

I encourage you to let go of the old , and step into the New. Let God continue to chip off the things in your life that are not pleasing to His will. For in God’s plan, both men and flowers can only reach bright shining hours by dying first to arise to the Glory. Stay in God’s word; mediate on it day and night.

“The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” Isaiah 40-8
Enjoy this season. A New Day and New Season and a New journey!
Have a Great Day!

In His Love,
Stay Encouraged!

God has a much wilder vision!

I pray that where ever you are in your journey in life. God answers you with His gentle voice of peace in your heart! Don't worry just enjoy every day that God gives you let go and let God!

I like to share this poem with you!

Sometimes in life we come to life's crossroads
And we view what we think is the end.
But God has a much wilder vision
And he knows that its only a bend-
The road will go on get smoother
And after we've stopped for a rest,
The path that lies hidden beyond us
Is often the path that is best.
So rest and relax and grow stronger,
Let go and Let God share your load
And have faith in a brighter tomorrow-
You've just come to a bend in the road.

and lean not on your own understanding;"

I Like Butterflies The New To Come!

I really like butterflies. What do I like about the butterfly? I stopped and starting to think.
I saw the colors and the beautiful designs on its wings, but it was not that beautiful when it first was an egg.
I studied about the butterfly process. It started as an egg, then a larva, then a pupa (cocoon), which turns into a beautiful butterfly.
I started to meditate on this scripture.
2 Corinthians 5-17: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!”
This means we are going through a process of spiritual growth every day. We are all in a working process of becoming something beautiful from the inside out. Don’t allow yourself to focus so much on the outside appearance. Focus on what you are feeling in the inside. Because the inner beauty we carry in our hearts will manifest on the outside.
I am not endorsing neglecting your outside appearance. However, I am saying take care of your heart. Guard your heart. Fill it with the beauty of God’s Love and His words. The Bible talks says in Proverbs 4:23: “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. 24 Put away perversity from your mouth; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. 25 Let your eyes look straight ahead, fix your gaze directly before you.”
Get rid of toxic emotions, feelings of unforgiveness, jealousy, bitterness, self-pity and anger. Don’t compare yourself with your sisters or brothers. I love how Joyce Meyer puts in one of her books “Diamonds have many facets.” God is like a flawless diamond, and each of us represents a different facet of Him.  Like the Wing of the Butterfly, each facet has a unique design with many beautiful colors. God made every one of us different. You have a unique talent and calling in your life with a purpose that God has given you.
Keep yourself humble and not puffed up. Stay humble always, it does not matter what your position is or what you have done; we are all called to be servants of the Lord. We are here on earth to serve our brothers and sisters. Lay our life down for our brother. Don’t listen to the voice of pride.
I really love this chapter in Ecclesiastes.  Let me share it with you!

A Time for Everything  NIV Ecclesiastes 3
1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: 2 a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, 3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, 4 a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, 5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, 6 a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, 7 a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, 8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. 9 What does the worker gain from his toil? 10 I have seen the burden God has laid on men. 11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
Just as the butterfly that started in a plain egg stage and then into a cocoon stage (a tough transition where it becomes closed in and hardly recognizable) sometimes we go through stages like that in our lives. I am not sure where you are at today, maybe through a transition period, or maybe flying free like a butterfly. Remember you are designed with a special purpose from God.
Stay encouraged today, and when you see a butterfly outside, think about your life. God is working on my life and your life.  We are all in a working process, transitioning into something beautiful. You are not going to stay in that cocoon forever. You will be turning into the beautiful butterfly that God has designed for you! Keep smiling!

Much Love,
Estela

Keep Pedaling Forward!

My passion in bike riding and I want to share it with you. On Saturdays, I, my husband and kids all love to bike ride. We have our own bikes and we also have a bike trailer for our little 4 year old son.
I discovered that I have a passion for bike riding last year. I had always loved bike riding since a child. Now that I am married, my family and I ride our bikes around our neighborhood and also through the bike route and trails we have around our town.
As we come to the high hills I have to stand and pedal hard up this one hill. This reminds me of times in our life. We are really trying hard to achieve accomplish several things in our lives and we keep moving forward, just like when I bike on these hills. They are so high I can’t even seem to see the other side yet, and I have to get off my bike and walk part of the hill to make it to the top.
In life, you pace yourself. Keep walking towards that goal and dream or desire in your life. As hard as the difficulties are, you can’t give up.  Keep pedaling forward until you reach the top of the hill the other side. In the moment that you are going through your trial, your thoughts start telling you it is not worth it. Forget the going up the hill. Is it worth it? Forget the hill. Take another route. This is the same in life, keep moving forward trusting in God. Do not take a detour or a shortcut, it may bring you back down that hill or alter your God-ordained destiny.
When I go bike riding, many times I pull the trailer with my son in it, and that becomes a weight.  I am working harder pedaling and pulling weight with me up the hills. At those times, my husband looks over at me and says,”Honey let me help you.”  So I release the trailer for him to pull on his bike.
That is an example how God, our Father is, He says, “Son or daughter, let me carry your load.” Matthew says in chapter 11:28-30, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Many of us face challenges in life and you want to give up. I encourage you -- don’t give up! Just like when I ride my bike, there are some turns that are real bumpy with a lot rocks and if I put my breaks on I can come crashing right down and fall. You must know your enemy. 1 Peter 5-8 Says this “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour”. Stay connected to Gods word and promise and a Godly counsel.
Stay on that bike and keep pedaling forward. What I love about my bike rides is the wind that I feel as I ride fast and it feels sweet as I ride fast. I am outside viewing the beautiful nature that God created just for me and you! Stay encouraged everyone!  Get on your bikes and enjoy some bike riding! Keep God’s Breath of Life breathing on you!

Romans 12:8
If it is encouraging others, devote yourself to giving encouragement. If it is sharing, be generous. If it is leadership, lead enthusiastically. If it is helping people in need, help them cheerfully.

Stay Encouraged!

God Gives You The Desires Of Your Heart!

I want to share about How God gives you the desires of your Heart.
This Christmas I received a gift that I had desired in my heart for such a long time. I have many things I am still waiting for and I believe that In God’s Perfect timing. He will also give me my other requests.
Our family was all together for our Christmas Eve celebration. We had dinner and deserts, and then came the time for exchanging gifts. Finally, my turn came. My niece gave me a little box. It looked more like a book than small box. I opened it and inside was a beautiful bracelet.  Only I knew that I had wanted this bracelet for some time. It had so much meaning to me because its little charms represent the things that we as women should be geared with.
The charms that it has are: a heart, which represents “You are a guardian of the heart;” a sword that means “Wield God’s Word to elevate life;” a cross that symbolizes Jesus is my ultimate love and source of life; a shoe to show that the enemy is under my feet; a punching glove that means to strike when the enemy draws near; and finally, a purse, which reminds me to spend my influence wisely.
I was so happy to receive this gift. I was believing for this book Fighting like a Girl by Lisa Bevere and a bracelet for so long and God used my niece to give me this gift for Christmas which means the world to me.
God knows everything about you. He knows the deepest desire of your heart. God does not want us to get impatient while waiting. God will deliver the desires of the heart in His timing. This is a small bracelet and it’s beautiful and has great meaning to me. I believe the Holy Spirit touched my niece’s heart to get this bracelet for me as a Christmas Gift.
I encourage you to listen to God. If He places a person in your heart to bless with a special gift, do not hold back the blessing to that person. If God is asking you to give a certain gift to someone, be obedient and do what he says!
Mediate on this promise:
Psalm 37:4 New International Version (NIV)
4 Take delight in the LORD,
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Be Encouraged!
